Mission:
Identify current construction practices and investigate methods for improving these practices.

Goals:
Stimulate the improvement of construction practices, which will enhance the productivity and quality of masonry construction.

Activities:
Develop TMS quality assurance and quality control documents. Develop recommended construction procedures. Identify needed research topics related to construction practices. Develop Recommended Practices for Masonry Inspection. Develop programs for seminars on construction practices topics. Explore the possible development of performance-based specifications.
