Mission:
Review and suggest changes to the TMS Bylaws.

Goals:
Suggest changes to the Bylaws that will allow the Society to operate in a fair, democratic and efficient manner.

Activities:
Bylaws changes have been suggested and then approved by the membership that allowed TMS to change its nonprofit classification from that of a 501(c)(6) to become a 501(c)(3) organization. The Bylaws Committee is chaired by the Secretary-Treasurer and includes as members the Past-President and one other member.
