List in TMS’s Masonry Consultant/Speaker Database to Promote your Business and Expertise!

Overview:
The web-based Masonry Consultant and Speaker Database allows you to advertise your masonry knowledge and expertise directly to those looking for help on their masonry projects. Created in paper form in 2004, the Masonry Consultant and Speaker Directory has been widely used by TMS and the masonry industry to direct those needing help on masonry projects to the qualified consultants. Now in a web-based form, the Masonry Consultant and Speaker Database allows widespread use and greater exposure to you and your firm as anyone having web access can search the database quickly and effectively to find out more about you and your expertise.

Benefits:
The Masonry Consultant and Speaker Database provides an easy, effective, and inexpensive way for you to advertise your expertise to web browsers everywhere through the widely used TMS Website, and the numerous external links from masonry industry groups to this database.

Ways to List:
There are two main ways to list, each with distinct advantages:

Listing as an Individual – This is the most economical way to list, and allows you to advertise your own expertise as a consultant and/or a speaker. Annual Cost is $50 for TMS Members* and $150 for Non-Members.
Listing as a Firm (or Company) – This provides the most exposure to your firm and allows you to list up to three individual contacts for your firm, each of whom can be found through searches by contact name. In addition, discounts apply for firms having multiple office locations (contact the TMS Office at 303-939-9700 for information on multi-office listing discounts). Annual cost for a Firm listing for one office is $50 for TMS Affiliate and Sustaining Members*, $150 for firm listings when one of the contacts is a TMS Member*, and $300 for non-members.
TMS Members will be acknowledged as such in their listings and a TMS Affiliate or Sustaining Member logo will be shown adjacent to Affiliate and Sustaining Member firms.

How to List:
Listing is easy, although it is a multistep process. You may register as a Consultant, a Speaker, or both (requires two payments). The procedure below highlights how to register as a Consultant or as a Speaker, and you will need to repeat the instructions if you wish to register as both.

After determining that you want to promote yourself or your firm by listing in the database, we suggest as a first step to look at current listings to determine what type of information you will have to have available to create your own listing. (Click here to search) Two types of listings are available and information on each can be found by clicking the links below:

Create a Consultant/Speaker Database User Name if you do not already have one (Click here) |

Determine how you want to list (see above), and click on the appropriate link below to submit payment via credit card (contact TMS at 303-939-9700 if you have questions about payment):

After payment, a confirmation page is generated that contains an “Order Number” (also available in your email confirmation) that you will need to enter below to create your listing. Once you have your order number, return to this page (http://www.masonrysociety.org/consultantDB/RegisterFront.aspx), and if not already logged in, login via the form on left margin (Go there) using your User Name and Password from Step 2. |

To add your listing to the Database, enter the Order Number you received when you completed Step 3 and Step 4 in the box below and click "Next" to begin Data Entry.
You will then be taken to a Introduction and Disclaimer that you will need to read and confirm. After that you can begin your data entry.
Note that the registration information you provide, such as TMS member status and your Order Number, will be verified by TMS staff after you complete registration. If discrepancies are noted, TMS staff will attempt to contact you via the means you provided in the registration. TMS members will need their membership numbers to complete the data entry and to verify their membership. Contact TMS if you need assistance in this regard.
If you begin to enter data and must leave for an extended period of time, your session may end and your data will be lost. It would be better to quickly provide data for the required fields so you can finish an initial registration, and then you could come back to provide more depth later.
The next pages will navigate you through data entry. We suggest going to the database to proof your listing once you are successfully registered. You can edit your listing as often as you like within the paid year by logging in with your User Name and Password and then navigating to your User page.
