Sponsorships may be contributed to a General Fund for overall conference support, or may be designated toward one of the opportunities listed below.

Events/functions available for sponsorship

  1. Opening Reception:  the primary initial gathering place for the event – Estimated cost $10,000-$12,000  Up to 3 sponsorships available
     
  1. Coffee Breaks: valuable networking time – Estimated cost $3500 - $4000 each. One sponsorship per break, approximately 5 breaks during the conference
     
  1. First-day luncheon: Usually served buffet, virtually all participants attend.  Estimated Cost: $6500 - $7000. One or two sponsorships available
     
  1. Keynote speakers:  Invited speakers of international caliber usually require an honorarium and travel expenses.  This figure will vary depending on the individual but can range from $1000 to $5000, depending on the level of honorarium requested.  One sponsorship per speaker is available.
     
  1. Special evening event such as an outdoor barbeque.  Estimated cost up to $10,000.  Up to 3 sponsorships available
     
  1. Closing pre-banquet reception – preceding the awards banquet, attended by nearly all participants. Estimated cost: $3000 - $3500 Up to two sponsorships available.
     
  1. Closing banquet – Awards and farewell to participants, often includes announcement of the location for the next NAMC.  $10,000 - $15,000, Up to 3 sponsorships available.
     
  1. Miscellaneous items: lanyards, name tags, luncheon or banquet centerpieces, Logos on conference registration packets, and a host of other such items are available for sponsorship.

Sponsorships are available for specific events on a first-come, first-served basis.
